This Creekside-area home in The Woodlands underwent a full kitchen and living space transformation. The original layout featured dated dark wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and a closed-off floor plan that limited natural light and flow.
LIVALU's approach began with a complete demolition — opening walls to studs, rerouting electrical, and reimagining the entire spatial layout. New custom white cabinetry, a quartz waterfall island, brass fixtures, and open shelving replaced the original design. The adjacent living area received a shiplap accent wall, custom wet bar, and new flooring throughout.
The result is a bright, modern kitchen that opens seamlessly to the living space — with a panoramic view of the pool and golf course beyond.
