A Full Commercial Outdoor Patio — Built to Code, Built to Last

Metal Crust Pizza needed a commercial-grade outdoor dining patio that could handle Houston's weather, meet local building codes, and match the brand's industrial aesthetic. LIVALU designed and built a custom steel-frame structure from the ground up — including engineered concrete foundation, powder-coated steel columns and beams, a commercial-grade roof system, and full electrical with recessed lighting and ceiling fans.

The project was completed on schedule and within budget. The finished patio expanded the restaurant's seating capacity significantly, directly increasing revenue for the client. Every phase — from permitting coordination to final inspection — was managed entirely by LIVALU.
