The Montgomery project is a ground-up multifamily residential development in Montgomery County, Texas. LIVALU served as the general contractor, managing the full scope from site preparation and foundation engineering through structural framing, MEP rough-in, exterior envelope, interior finishes, and final delivery.

This project demonstrates LIVALU's capacity to execute large-scale residential construction with the same precision and attention to detail applied to single-family custom builds. Every unit was delivered to the same high standard — on schedule and within budget.
