Project Overview

From Empty Backyard to Full Outdoor Living Architecture

This project began with a raw, empty backyard in The Woodlands, TX — and ended with a fully engineered outdoor living space that extends the home's living area by over 1,200 sq ft. LIVALU designed and built a custom steel-frame structure with black powder-coated columns, a vaulted cedar tongue-and-groove ceiling, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, and a full outdoor kitchen.

The outdoor kitchen features custom wood cabinetry, a polished concrete countertop, professional-grade stainless grill, and a deep sink — all under a weather-tight roof system. The concrete slab was engineered for drainage and finished with a smooth trowel texture. Every detail was planned and executed in-house by LIVALU's team.
