The Project

LIVALU delivered a full ground-up commercial sports complex in Houston — one of the first dedicated pádel and pickleball facilities in the region. The project encompassed complete site preparation, reinforced concrete slabs for eight courts, prefabricated steel and glass court systems, LED sport lighting, a central landscaped promenade, and the Racket Social Club clubhouse.

The Racket Social Club is a premium amenity building featuring thermally treated wood cladding, a glass curtain wall lounge, louvered pergola shade structure, reception desk, and branded interior finishes — designed to match the quality of the courts and the clientele they attract.

Scope of Work

• Full site clearing, grading & earthwork
• Reinforced concrete slabs — 8 court footprints
• Pádel court systems — steel frame, glass panels, sport surface
• Pickleball court systems — fencing, nets, surface coating
• LED sport lighting masts & bollard pathway lighting
• Central concrete promenade with landscape integration
