How the Estate Account Works

Your credit is real.
Use it when you need it.

Each month, your Estate Account credit is applied on your billing date. Use it for any labor or materials at your property — maintenance tasks, minor repairs, or specialist coordination arranged by LIVALU.

Credit Rules

Credits applied on billing date

Monthly, on the date you subscribed.

Accumulate up to 90 days

Unused credits carry forward. Maximum balance: 3 months of credit.

Expire after 90 days

No notifications sent. No extensions.

Not transferable

Credits apply to one property only. Cannot be moved between accounts.

Not redeemable for cash

Credits are applied to services only.

Lost on cancellation

Unused credits do not carry over if membership is cancelled.

Minimum $125 per visit

Applied to credit. Maximum 2 hours per service event.

Larger work quoted separately

Any work beyond maintenance scope is a separate LIVALU project.

Begin Residential Review

Submit your property information. Existing LIVALU clients skip the evaluation fee.

Application

Complete the qualification form. We review within 48 business hours.

Evaluation Visit

A LIVALU coordinator visits your property. New clients: $350 fee, fully credited toward first month.

Approval

We confirm your property qualifies and present your membership plan.

Activation

Stripe billing activates on your start date. Your Estate Account credit is available immediately.
