How It Works

Design
We review your space, plumbing rough-in, and countertop dimensions. You tell us the look you want — we translate it into a fabrication brief. No guesswork, no surprises.
1–2 days
02
Slab Selection
You come with us to the slab yard. You see the exact stone your piece will be cut from — the specific veining, the color field, the character. You approve it before we cut anything.
2–3 days
03
Fabrication
Your piece is cut, shaped, profiled, and finished here in The Woodlands. We fabricate one piece at a time. Every edge, every surface, every drain opening is done by hand and inspected before delivery.
10–14 days
04
Installation
We coordinate with your plumber for the drain rough-in. We deliver and install the piece, confirm the mount, and walk you through care. You don't manage the logistics — we do.

Stone Care
How to care for your stone.
Natural stone is not maintenance-free — but it is not difficult to maintain. The rules are simple and consistent. The most common cause of damage is using the wrong cleaner. Read this once and you will not have problems.
Use these

Clean daily with a pH-neutral stone cleaner (e.g., Lithofin MN Easy-Clean, Stonetech Daily Cleaner)
- ✓
Dry the surface after each use to prevent water spots
- ✓
Seal annually with a penetrating stone sealer (e.g., Stonetech Bulletproof, Miracle Sealants 511)
- ✓
Use a soft microfiber cloth or non-abrasive sponge
- ✓
Blot spills immediately — do not wipe, which spreads the stain
Never use

Never use vinegar, lemon juice, or any citrus-based cleaner — acid etches marble permanently

Never use bleach, ammonia, or multi-surface bathroom cleaners (Lysol, Tilex, CLR)

Never use abrasive pads, steel wool, or scrubbing powders

Never leave standing water, soap, or shampoo on the surface
- ×
Never use generic dish soap daily — it strips the sealer over time
Stain treatment
For oil stains: apply a poultice of baking soda + water, cover with plastic wrap, leave 24 hours. For etch marks (dull spots from acid): a professional stone polisher can re-polish the surface. Etching is surface damage, not structural.
Sealing frequency
Every 12 months
We recommend Stonetech Bulletproof or Miracle Sealants 511 for all natural stone applications. Both are available at local tile suppliers in The Woodlands.
When we deliver your piece, we provide a printed care card specific to your stone. If you have questions about maintenance after installation, contact us directly — we respond within 24 hours.
